All natural persons with full legal capacity who are least 18 years of age are eligible to participate within the said deadline. After expiry of the deadline, the winners will be drawn by lots and will be notified via the email address provided by them. The prizes indicated in the description of the competition will be drawn from among all the participants. Prizes cannot be exchanged for cash or another prize.
Exclusion Legal recourse is excluded. Employees of WILD GmbH and their families, as well as our partner companies are excluded from participation. We reserve the right to exclude participants from the prize draw in the event that these violate the Terms and Conditions of participation or provide false information.
Procedure Agreement to our Terms and Conditions for Participation is a prerequisite for participation. The prizes cannot be paid out in cash. Should the winners be unable to accept their prize, we do not guarantee that there will be an alternative prize. The winners will be notified by email within 4 weeks after expiry of the deadline. If a winner does not come forward within the period we determined for the notification, the prize will be forfeited without replacement. Prizes will be shipped by us or a cooperation partner to an address in Germany, Austria, or Switzerland free of charge.
We waive all responsibility for non-receipt or delayed delivery of the email notification to the winners. We reserve the right to suspend, terminate, or modify this prize draw or its rules at any time.
Complaints relating to how the draw was carried out must be addressed by email to sales@wild.at within 14 days after the reason became known. Complaints communicated by telephone or at a later time cannot be taken into consideration.
Early termination We reserve the right to suspend or terminate the prize competition at any time without notice. In this case, no claim for compensation shall arise for the participants. We may change the Terms and Conditions for Participation any time without separate notification.
WILD GmbH will opt for the termination of the draw in particular when it is no longer possible to ensure that the draw can be properly carried out for technical (e.g. viruses in computer systems, manipulation or errors in the hard and/or software) or for legal reasons. Where such termination was caused by the behaviour of a participant, we may demand compensation from this individual for the damage caused.
Data protection By participating in the prize draw, participants expressly agree that we may store the required data for the period of the competition and beyond.
Participants will have the possibility to withdraw from the draw any time by sending a corresponding email to sales@wild.at. Please note that all personal data of the participants will not be made available to third parties. We pledge to comply with the statutory provisions regarding data protection. In this respect, we make specific reference to our GTCs.
Liability In case a participant wins, after notifying them by email and delivering their prize to the post office for shipment (if agreed), we shall be released from all obligations.
